How long does it take to make my order?
We ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. While most orders are completed much sooner, the exact timeframe depends on how busy we are at the time of your purchase. All of our products are handmade in-house with care and attention to detail, and they are crafted in the order we receive them.
How much is shipping?
We charge shipping based on order size, starting at $4.99 up to $24.99.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form for detailed instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized products unless we’ve made an error or the item was damaged during shipping. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re located near Deer River, MN, you can pick up your order locally. Choose local pickup rather than shipping at checkout to waive the shipping fee, and we’ll coordinate a pickup time with you.
